We exported our dream to Salta. Our Argentinean Dream.

Nine years ago we, the Fenestraz, chose Argentina as our place to live and bring up our children. That’s why we created El Colibrí Estancia de Charme to start living our Argentinean dream in a paradise at the foot of the Hills in Cordoba, in Santa Catalina.

Two years ago we exported our dream to Salta, and bought this centennial manor to turn it into a warm, comfortable house, with all the refinement of boutique hotels. The beauty of its Andean landscape, the array of activities you can perform here, as well as the proximity to the International Airport captivated us.

We come from a French family of hoteliers, and following our passion for top quality standards in the hotel industry we designed the House of Jasmines Estancia de Charme, a luxury hotel with all the magic of Salta’s mountain range, to share this dream with our guests and friends who are attracted to different types of vacation.

Raoul Fenestraz is a passionate polo player and has created his own team, El Colibrí Polo Team, which participates in provincial and national tournaments

Stéphanie is a professional helicopter pilot and she is the only woman to run the Dakar Rally raid in 2009, as a member of the Argentinean team. In 2010, the second year of Dakar in Argentina, Stéphanie participated in the French delegation.

Victoria, a beautiful, talented 18-year old girl, is their eldest daughter. Gautier, the second oldest, is a great drawer as well as a member of the young players of Asociación de Polo Argentina. Finally Sacha, the youngest, does not fall behind with the rest of the family: being only 10, he is a great kart racer
