Experience 3 days and 2 nights of wellness and yoga
The physical practice will be multilevel and will be implemented with greater or lesser demands according to the participants (age, experience in yoga), also taking into account special characteristics (injuries, pregnancies, etc.) beginners and experts can benefit from this program.

The objectives of this experience:
- Connect with the natural environment through the five senses;
- Integrate tools, information and resources to live each season of the year in a full and healthy way;
- Release mental, emotional and physical stress;
- Connect with yourself to renew and recharge your energy and potential
- Share experiences and feelings among peers that provide meaning and support the personal development of each participant.

Arrival
6:30 pm – Welcome and introduction
7:00 pm – Guided Yoga and Relaxation 60’
8:30 pm – Dinner
Saturday
7:00 am– After a natural juice to wake up we will go for a walk – Guided Yoga and Relaxation 75’
8:30 am – Breakfast
11: 00 am – Cooking class with Diego our Chef R&C
1:00 pm – Lunch
3:00 pm – 5:30 p.m. – 60’ relaxing massage in our SPA and Snack
6:30 pm – Yoga and Sound Meditation 90’
8:45 pm – Dinner

10:30 am – Yoga and dynamic meditation outdoors 60’
11:30 am – Round of integration and farewell
Price for the all-inclusive package with full-board: 460 USD + 21% VAT per person in a double room for the 2-night all-inclusive package
