HOMEMADE DISHES PREPARED WITH LOCAL AND SEASONAL PRODUCTS
Discover the best seasonal products and be surprised by an explosion of flavors throughout the year. The Chef of La Table House of Jasmines shares with you a menu composed exclusively of traditional dishes and specialties from the north of Argentina such as tamales (empanadas with corn paste). The asado (traditional Argentinean barbecue) is prepared according to customs with delicious meats from Estancia Don André, another family property within the Argentinean territory.
To accompany your lunch or dinner at La Table restaurant, the wine list brings together the best references from Argentina, a range of “Salteños” wines is available for you to discover the wonders of the province.

- House of Jasmines salad: mix of green leaves, tomatoes, crispy sweetbreads sautéed with lemon
- Charqui and Humita tamale with purple flour
- Provoleta with “Cabra de Cafayate”, Creole sauce and chimichurri sauce
- Slow-cooked pork breast in our clay oven
- Traditional braised “cabrito” from Salta
- Baby Tomahawk from “Rio Cuarto”
You may also taste the famous charcuterie boards of Cerdo Negro, an infamous family-run company in Argentina.
Breakfast
Our Chef has created a delicious breakfast for all our guests to start their day off right. Find a variety of fresh fruits and other products harvested in our garden, as well as a selection of juices and hot drinks to put anyone in a good mood. Without a doubt, you cannot miss the traditional Dulce de Leche spread on a piece of bread or eat it in our homemade alfajores.
Our buffet varies according to the season and adapts to all types of diets.
For less than 10 guests, your breakfast will be personally served at your table, whereas for more than 10 guests, you will be offered a buffet breakfast.

Delight your palate with our gourmet menus, you will have a magical and unforgettable experience in an exclusive restaurant with a unique atmosphere. Start your evening with an aperitif on the terrace, then take a seat in our restaurant. Discover our chef suggestions or seasonal special dishes.
Exclusive menus with wine pairings are available on special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Eve.
On weekends enjoy our live show dinners: jazz, folk dance. There is no better way to enjoy a romantic dinner or a casual moment with friends.
Every first Saturday of the month, we organize a special live jazz dinner & concert.
AFTERNOON SNACKS
In the afternoons and depending on the day of the week enjoy a tea time or as they call it in France “goûter”. A buffet of pastries, cakes and savory snacks. A selection of hot drinks and fresh fruit smoothies is available.

Marcela, our sommelier, also invites you to take part in a cocktail class, during which you will learn how to create a unique cocktail based on the famous Salta wine, the Malbec.
WINE TASTING
We often organize wine tastings, during our workshop we teach you how to identify the main characteristics of a wine, through a sensory analysis, wine color, smell and taste.
We usually present different Argentinian wines, from Salta and Cafayate.

At the Table House of Jasmines we are committed to use local and seasonal products. On our property we grow fruits, vegetables, and spices to offer you a garden-to-table experience. In addition to our products, we work with local businesses for the food supply, which are located in an area of less than 40 km.
House of Jasmines is located just 15 minutes from the center of Salta and easily accessible by car via the RP28 highway.
